Signature Villas
Two serene and luxurious suites built from Australian reclaimed timbers using rich, warm colours that make the most of the natural beauty if the surrounding environment. The Suites feature a private steam room, outdoor deck and either a bath or a hot tub. They are cantilevered over a secluded billabong so you can enjoy the tranquil private setting, soothed with the gently sounds of water and bird song.

Orchard Suites
Built from beautiful Australian reclaimed timbers,with soaring ceilings, natural stone bathrooms, timber floors and spacious verandahs, the Orchard Suites are nestled into Gwinganna’s orchard. Mountain views provide a restful place to watch the sun set on a perfect day. Choices include a deluxe studio with ensuite featuring a verandah and sitting area, or a two bedroom suite with ensuites and shared relaxation lounge and verandah. The aptly named Valencia, Mulberry, Olive, Macadamia and Lychee Suites.

Peel House
This fully restored Heritage cottage features two bedrooms, each with queen beds, their own ensuite including a bath, plus a shared lounge area and private laundry. Located next to Villas at Gwinganna, the Peel House has stunning views over the Gold Coast. Also included is the use of a buggy.
Gwinganna House
Uniquely Australian, Gwinganna House has been developed into a spacious Queensland style timber lodge overlooking the valleys, lush hinterland and ocean. Complete with historical artefacts, a traditional wood oven and original brick flooring, the 100 year old house has been lovingly restored. Boasting wrap around verandahs with gardens, Gwinganna House is surrounded by natural beauty with distant ocean views and is ideal for single use or couples that are looking for more unique accommodation. Heritage Houses
Each of the five heritage houses is unique and has been brought to Gwinganna piece by piece from various locations, to preserve the original Queenslander style home. Some feature large lounge areas with bedrooms that open onto wide verandahs shaded by gardens and trees. Ideal to share with friends or family. Others are a cosy retreat for one.
