We offer a once in a lifetime opportunity to become part of an exceptional team of dedicated, highly-skilled professionals. You will be working behind the scenes assisting our staff in providing a professional, serene and restorative environment for our guests. Our Volunteer Work program gives you valuable insight and a deep understanding into the workings of a lifestyle retreat.


Gwinganna will provide you with excellent on-site accommodation, gourmet organic meals and access to our extensive facilities and programs. in return, you will be given shifts in all departments of the retreat for a total of 40 hours a week. You can choose to stay from 2 to 5 weeks. The specialised 5 week program rewards you with a complimentary retreat package to experience Gwinganna as a guest.
