  • Better back health

    Gwin stretching1

If you experience back pain, our Alexander technique specialist, Paul Cook, has some tips to ease back stress as you head back to work. Sitting for longer than 15 - 20 minutes becomes very demanding on your lower back. Try a standup desk. Always soften your knees whilst standing and aim for 30 minutes standing, 30 minutes sitting.

Use the Relaxaback tool for just 15 minutes a day to reduce back pressure. Specifically designed to support your back and neck, the Relaxaback gives your body time to realign and heal. Available on sale from our online store for a limited time.
