  • Dreamtime at Gwinganna

    Spa Sanctuary News Page

A highlight of any day at Gwinganna is Dreamtime. This is time for strategic rest, time to just be, time to do whatever you wish. It is also the ideal time for spa and wellness experiences so that no one has a massage right after breakfast and mornings can be about movement and learning.

Since we opened 11 years ago, we have used this daily structure to deliver your ideal day, helping restore the adrenal glands and giving you more time for you. We are delighted to see other Australian retreats following our lead and recognising the need for more rest time as part of the circadian rhythm. We invite you to experience Dreamtime during your Gwinganna experience.
