Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat is open!

With the easing of government restrictions, Gwinganna is out of hibernation and the team is ready to take care of you safely on our beautiful mountain. The retreat re-opened from 26 June with a full schedule of retreats from two to seven days. We know the value of spending time in nature and a Queensland winter escape at Gwinganna can help provide some peace, healing and renewal in a dedicated wellness space.

Like so many businesses, we have implemented new policies and practices to help you keep you safe. These new procedures further enhance our already strong cleaning practices at Gwinganna. Please be reassured we are taking every precaution, following all guidelines and implementing every possible protocol to ensure all our guests and staff remain safe.

Prior to and upon arrival at the retreat, you’ll be asked if you have any flu like, or COVID like symptoms if you’ve been in a COVID hotspot area, been overseas in the past 14 days or been exposed to anyone with the Coronavirus. If you’ve answered yes, we ask that you stay home and rest and do not visit us at this time.

Some of you are unable to stay with us just yet, so until we can see you, try and rest and focus on your health. Choose nutritious foods to support your immune system, be mindful of how much media and social media news you connect to. Sleep well, move your body and remember to breathe, slowly and deeply.
