Gwinganna 20 Year Celebration Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Gwinganna Retreat & Spa (“Gwinganna”).
Competition Period
The competition opens on 17 February 2026 and closes at 11:00pm AEDT on Sunday, 8 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Gwinganna and associated partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Participants must have a public Instagram account at the time of entry or provide proof of entry if requested.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must share their favourite Gwinganna moment (photo, video or written post) or share why they would love to experience Gwinganna; post to their Instagram feed or stories during the competition period; mention @gwinganna; mention the participating giveaway partners (Subtle Energies, INIKA Organics and Spiritus of Stones); and use the hashtag #20yearsofgwinganna. Entries must remain visible until the winner is announced. Participants with private accounts must provide a screenshot of their entry via direct message to @gwinganna before the competition close date.
Bonus Entry
Participants who subscribe to Gwinganna communications during the competition period will receive one additional bonus entry. Subscription is optional and not required to enter. Only one bonus entry per person applies. The email subscription must occur during the competition window.
Prize Details
First Prize: One Wellness Weekend (RRP $3,570) at Gwinganna Retreat & Spa; one Subtle Energies Advanced Biotech Facial (subject to
confirmation and availability, RRP $395); and one Detox & Adrenal Kit (RRP $274).
Three Runner-Up Prizes: Each runner-up will receive an Enhance My Yoga Kit by Subtle Energies (RRP $159), an INIKA Organics voucher (RRP $250), and a Spiritus of Stones bracelet pack (RRP $345) including The Gwinganna Bracelet, The Sea-Farer Bracelet, and The Love Bracelet.
Total prize values are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prize Conditions
Retreat dates are subject to availability and must be redeemed within 12 months of winner notification unless otherwise agreed. Travel to and from Gwinganna is not included unless explicitly stated. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a prize component becomes unavailable, Gwinganna reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection
This is a judged competition and is not determined by chance. Entries will be reviewed by the Gwinganna team. Judging criteria include authenticity, creativity, emotional resonance and alignment with Gwinganna values. One major winner and three runner-up winners will be selected. The winner and finalists will be notified via Instagram direct message within 5 business days of the competition closing. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, Gwinganna reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The decision of Gwinganna is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Publicity
By entering the competition, participants grant Gwinganna permission to repost and share their entry content across social media and marketing channels for promotional purposes related to the 20 Year Celebration. Credit will be provided where possible.
Privacy
Any personal information collected, including email subscriptions, will be handled in accordance with Gwinganna’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for communication purposes consistent with that policy. Participants may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
General
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the promotion. Gwinganna reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions. Gwinganna reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
