In a busy technological world, learning to manage stress is key to our wellbeing. Optimum wellbeing is achieved with optimum nutrition, movement and relaxation. During your five-night stay at Gwinganna, your body will respond to a balanced wholefoods diet, a guided approach to movement, inspiring wellness seminars, afternoons of rest and the bliss of sensational spa treatments.
To ensure we’re able to usher your body back into balance, no caffeine or alcohol will be served. These components are stimulating to the body; our goal is to calm the nervous system and cleanse the body to improve sleep and minimise stress.
