This immersive retreat places Mat, Barre and Aqua Pilates at its core, supported by nature immersion, restorative spa therapies and 100% organic, chef-prepared cuisine to strengthen the body and support whole-body balance.
Pilates is a practice of precision — developing strength, stability and control through breath-led, aligned movement. Studio and water-based sessions are intelligently sequenced to challenge the body while allowing space for recovery, guided by expert instructors who prioritise efficiency, ease and quality of movement.
The experience is enriched through educational seminars exploring functional movement, functional nutrition, breath and recovery, offering practical insights that support performance, resilience and everyday wellbeing — both on and off the mat.
