Restorative silence is observed daily until 1:30pm every day and then again from 6pm in the evening, creating a sacred space for stillness and deeper awareness. Free from external distractions, this immersive environment nurtures the inner work that leads to greater clarity, presence and connection to your true purpose – through mindfulness, journalling, yogic and grounding practices.
