This wellbeing retreat is designed to help you take a step back and refocus on your health, with an emphasis on restoring adrenal and cellular balance. During the five-night self-discovery journey, you will experience a guided approach to movement, inspiring wellness seminars, afternoons of rest and spa treatments.

In a busy technological world, learning to manage stress is key to our wellbeing. Optimum wellbeing is achieved with optimum nutrition, movement and relaxation. During your five-night stay at Gwinganna, your body will respond to a balanced wholefoods diet, a guided approach to movement, inspiring wellness seminars, afternoons of rest and the bliss of sensational spa treatments.

To ensure we’re able to usher your body back into balance, no caffeine will be served; however, you will be invited to enjoy one glass of celebratory organic wine on the final evening of this wellbeing retreat. These components are stimulating to the body; our goal is to calm the nervous system and cleanse the body to improve sleep and minimise stress.

Experience greater health benefits by extending your Gwinganna stay! Book a Wellness Weekend retreat directly before or after your 4, 5 or 7 night stay. Extending your Gwinganna experience allows you the extra rest you may need or to address a specific health concern. Your Weekend Extension package includes all meals and activities.
